I AM THE 16TH.
I BECAME IN MARCH 2005.
I OFFER MY PRAYER OF PEACE IN 42 LANGUAGES,
RISING UP TO THE ONE.
  

 This angel is an original, one of a kind, art doll.

She wraps herself in a redwork quilt of peace. The redwork stitching is faux,
actually written in pen. The wrap is a simple strip pieced quilt, 18 x 46 inches,
edged with cording. Her wings are created from a feathered design - one of the
most elegant quilting patterns.

Her face is a mask sculpted from Aves Epoxie Sculpt, covered with crochet cotton
then attached to the fabric head. 

Part Geisha, part Valentine part childhood memory of a security blanket - wrapped
together - she is all comfort.

Her armature or internal structure, is a short piece of dowel and steel brake line.
She is 21 inches tall, 13 inches wide, 13 inches deep and weighs 1.75 pounds.
